- Discipleship– Disciples intentionally make disciples (Matthew 28:18 – 20)
- Outreach –We are committed to reach out with the love of Christ to those who do not yet know him (Acts 2:38,39)
- Companionship – We all share the responsibility for everyone growing in Christ together (I Thessalonians 5:14,15)
- Mutuality – Everybody gives of themselves and everybody receives (Colossians 3:13)
- Stewardship – Using all that God has given us collectively to further his kingdom (Luke 6:10-12)
- Teaching – We study the truths of the bible and pass them on to others (Colossians 3:15-17)
- Leadership – The training of leaders starts early and never stops (I Thessalonians 5:12,13)
- Relationships– We need each other (Ephesians 4:2,3)
- Community – People strongly experience Gods’ grace, care and call through relationships (Rom. 13:8)
- Communication – We always call for thorough communication, marked by love (Eph. 4:5)
- Togetherness – We mourn with those who mourn and rejoice with those who rejoice (Rom. 12:15)
- Encouragement – We must spur one another on to uncompromising devotion (Hebrews 10:24)
- Accountability – Growing Christians need it and should invite it (Colossians 3:15-17)
- Justice – Everyone must fight for justice on behalf of everyone (Psalm 11:7)
- Reconciliation – we strive to resolve all our differences, whether personal or otherwise (Ephesians 2:14-16)
- Working in team empowers members, incorporates multiple opinions, generates more good ideas, embraces more perspectives, and reduces burnout (Genesis 2:18)

Neither sexual identity nor being in a same-sex relationship will impact a person’s membership or ability to fully participate at Oakdale Park Church.”
